These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RankLocal (the “Service”) at getranklocal.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

RankLocal helps local businesses manage and grow their Google Business Profile — including AI review replies, local rank tracking, SEO suggestions, posts, and photos. Features available depend on your plan.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must own or be authorized to manage any business and Google Business Profile you connect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or Google's policies. In particular, you will not use it to post fake reviews, generate deceptive content, or manipulate rankings in ways that breach Google's guidelines. AI-generated content is provided as a draft — you are responsible for what you publish.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with notice.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (Google, Anthropic, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, Resend). Your use of connected services is also subject to their terms. We're not responsible for changes or outages in third-party APIs, including Google Business Profile availability.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific ranking results — local search rankings depend on many factors outside our control. We provide tools and guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankLocal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
